Nursing and Healthcare Team

Our Nursing and Healthcare Team provide a full range of services to our registered patients. If you are unsure who you need to book an appointment with, please ask our Reception Team, who will make an appointment for you with the most appropriate person.

Practice Management Team

Our Management Team is involved in managing the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception & Administrative Team

Our reception team provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

Our medical secretaries provide administrative and secretarial support to the practice team.  They also provide support and advice regarding patient referrals to Hospitals & Community Services

Additional healthcare roles

Our practice team are supported in delivering services by a wider healthcare team, some of which are shared with the rest of the Watermead Primary Care Network. You may be offered an appointment with one of these professionals.
